About
Ms. Russell become raised in Northern California and attended California State University, Fresno as a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College. She competed for four years as a member of the Fresno State Mock Trial team, completing over one hundred trials and prevailing severa awards for her overall performance as a student lawyer and witness. She graduated in 2012 along with her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude and her B.S. in Criminology, cum laude and with department honors. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2015.
During regulation college, Ms. Russell served as a small claims and civil harassment mediator, member of the faculty’s Mediation Clinic and Moot Court Team, and Justice of the school’s Phi Alpha Delta chapter. She additionally labored at a law workplace focusing on plaintiff’s merchandise liability claims.
Ms. Russell is an lively member within the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) leadership. She currently serves as a vice-chair of the Toxic Tort and Environmental Law Committee and is a member of the Plaintiff’s Policy Task Force and Outreach to Law Students Special Standing Committee. During 2014-2015, she served as the Student Liaison to the TIPS Council. Ms. Russell is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, Tulare and Kings County Bar Association, Central California Trial Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, Consumer Lawyers of California, and the American Association for Justice.
