As founder of Lawrence & Associates, Ms. Lawrence has practiced employment law solely for the duration of her career, and is well-known for her work in the employment regulation area. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia with honors and earned her regulation degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law on the College of William and Mary. Admitted to practice in 1992, she has represented employees and employers in the public and private sectors.
