BIOGRAPHY
Lauren is a Partner with Calcagni & Kanefsky. She focuses her exercise on litigation and inner investigations, targeting all subjects of employment regulation.
Lauren is a former federal prosecutor (AUSA), and a former securities enforcement recommend (FINRA). A seasoned trial lawyer, Lauren has massive experience in federal, country, and regulatory topics, in addition to arbitration. She often handles employment litigation, place of work investigations, government inquiries, excessive-stakes place of job disputes, and C-suite employment negotiations.
Lauren is regularly called upon to shape and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants (including non-competition clauses), separation agreements, and govt compensation arrangements.
