About
Mr. Leiby has practiced creation law in Florida considering the fact that 1973. He is board certified by using the Florida Bar in production law. He become the founder and first chairman of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. In 2008 he was awarded the lifetime fulfillment award with the aid of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. He is rated AV Preeminent by means of Martindale Hubbell in creation law. He wrote the Florida Br Construction Law Manual posted by way of Thompson Reuters West, which is also online in Westlaw.
