Lara Gardner is one of the founding lawyers of the Columbia River Law Group. She represents customer and small business borrowers in Chapter 7 and Chapter thirteen financial disaster instances.
Lara has been an lawyer seeing that 2003, focusing exclusively on customer bankruptcy. Lara was a member of the Oregon State Bar Consumer Law committee for two years. Lara earned her B.A. with Honors in English from the University of Oregon in 1998, and her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2003. As a law scholar, Lara published 3 regulation evaluation articles. She also interned at the regulation school’s low-earnings criminal sanatorium coping with financial ruin, client, and landlord-tenant instances. Lara is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the U.S. Court, District of Oregon, the Washington State Bar, and the U.S. Court, Western District of Washington.
Lara teaches at the University of Oregon in the undergraduate regulation software.
Lara writes articles for various publications. She enjoys using game horses, studying, jogging, and spending time along with her cute daughters.
