I convey more than twenty-5 years of prison expertise to my clients. I absolutely love helping customers contribute to the boom and energy of the Western Massachusetts location. I have efficaciously guided dozens of small commercial enterprise customers through the strategies of entity formation, asset purchases and sales, industrial leasing, liquor licensing, and associated transactions. I also work with groups and individuals on problems concerning kingdom and nearby policies and code enforcement. I am skilled in strategic evaluation, business planning, and control.
Before I become a legal professional, I labored for ten years in materials control and production manage for businesses whose merchandise included steel reducing tools, time recording, and constructing control structures, and patron fitness merchandise. Now, my regulation practice specializes in commercial enterprise law, liquor licensing, unique permits, zoning and land use, and civil litigation. In addition, I actually have served as an Assistant Lawyer General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and assistant Town Counsel for several groups. I have served at the Boards of Directors of the Franklin County Community Development Corporation and the Greenfield Community College Foundation. I am a consultant Town Meeting member in Montague, Massachusetts, and an energetic member of the Franklin County Rotary Club. I acquired a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1980, and a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in 1994. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, crafts, watercolor, and egg tempera painting, and lengthy walks with my black lab, Marty.
