Prior to co-founding Lopez & Wu, PLLC, Mr. Wu specialized in representing federal employees at the internationally recognized regulation workplace of Passman & Kaplan. Mr. Wu has years of enjoy representing federal personnel in discrimination cases at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and appeals on the Merit Systems Protection Board. Mr. Wu has additionally advanced an understanding litigating personal quarter employment cases in federal court.
During regulation school, Mr. Wu interned for EEOC Vice Chair Paul Igasaki, wherein he reviewed federal and private area instances concerning race, sex, incapacity, and age discrimination. Mr. Wu additionally labored as a regulation clerk at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard in New York City, where he also specialized in employment discrimination law.
Mr. Wu is from Illinois and graduated from Northwestern University wherein he majored in Molecular Biology and minored in Art History. Before law faculty, Mr. Wu labored as a studies fellow on the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Mr. Wu graduated from Washington University School of Law in May 2003 wherein he served because the Editor-in-Chief of the Global Studies Law Review.
