Kelsey (commonly called Lou) became born and raised on his circle of relatives s farm and bison ranch near Pingree, North Dakota. After graduating from Pingree-Buchanan High School, he attended the University of North Dakota for both his undergraduate and regulation degrees. Following law faculty, Kelsey worked as an accomplice attorney with a private litigation organization in Bismarck, usually defending personal damage and belongings damage instances. Additionally, he served as a Special Assistant Lawyer General for the North Dakota Public Service Commission for diverse regulatory subjects. In 2016, Kelsey moved returned to the Jamestown location to begin James Valley Law, PLLC. In addition to his criminal practice, Kelsey is the owner and operator of a bison ranch, searching business, and custom-exempt butcher store close to Pingree, North Dakota. Kelsey has similarly enjoy in government, having worked for both the U.S. Senate and the North Dakota Public Service Commission during college and regulation college. He draws upon those broad, actual-international reviews to higher assist customers from both a practical and professional standpoint. Kelsey s spouse, Emily (Schlosser), is also a local of the James Valley vicinity, having grown up on a farm near Edgeley, North Dakota. Emily is an occupational therapist at the Anne Carlson Center in Jamestown. Together, they have 1 son named Leo.
