About
I become born into a notable family in Cleveland, Ohio. My father became Dr. J.W. Skrha,MD and mom become Betts Skrha,RN. I had a sister Betsy, and brothers John and Paul. In 1977 we all went on a eight week experience by motorhome to Alaska. In 1982 I became married to Denise and we had two beautiful daughters, Katie and Rebecca. I acquired a Juris Doctorate Degree from Cooley Law School in 1984. Shortly thereafter Denise and I moved to Kenai, Alaska in which we sold a domestic at the Kenai River and I opened my law exercise serving the Kenai Peninsula Borough.
