has been practicing regulation for over 37 years within the Philadelphia metropolitan place and now has opened an workplace in Sarasota, Florida. He currently is a member of the Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the School Law Committee of the New Jersey Bar Association.
