Jonathan S. Bedi is an experienced trial attorney and litigator with over a decade of trial experience. He has represented people in nation and federal criminal cases ranging from homicide and loan fraud to drug conspiracy and racketeering. He has large experience securing a hit verdicts from juries and judges alike. Jonathan has represented clients in complicated federal white collar criminal cases and kingdom crook cases. He has represented professionals, executives and college students in inner investigations who face allegations of misconduct from monetary fraud to sexual harassment. He has successfully defended folks who face allegations of misconduct within the #metoo era, helping clients keep away from exposure and keep away from criminal prices. When clients had been charged, Jonathan has successfully negotiated pleas to save you prison time and negotiated outright dismissals of fees. A pro litigator and trial attorney, Jonathan has litigated and won masses of pretrial motions and infinite bench and jury trials. Jonathan is a visitor college member on the Notre Dame University College of Law in which he teaches trial advocacy.
