After graduating from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes commenced his prison profession at a small corporation in Hampton, New Hampshire representing plaintiffs in non-public damage and employee’s compensation matters.
After nearly three years of practising in New Hampshire, Mr. Barnes relocated to the Boston vicinity and began operating at a mid-sized organization placed in Boston, Massachusetts in which he represented plaintiffs and defendants in complicated industrial litigation disputes, insurance and tort defense, premises legal responsibility, employment topics, production litigation, and expert practices.
Mr. Barnes then joined CHA&E in 2015 as an companion inside the company s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Barnes represents both plaintiffs and defendants in construction litigation, actual property litigation, business litigation, and personal harm.
