I am a former police officer and deputy district lawyer in Contra Costa County. I obtained my Bachelor s Degree from California State University Sacramento and later went on to regulation college at John F. Kennedy University. As predominant attorney, I guide the firm’s team of workers and control principal cases and matters on behalf of character and business customers.I actually have tried severa instances to verdict and have seemed before the California Court of Appeal, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Our company mainly specializes in commercial enterprise litigation with a robust concentration of supporting small groups with wage and hour claims. Other recognition areas our organization works on are wills & trusts, severance agreements, actual estate regulation and unlawful detainers. I formerly represented the California Pawnbrokers Association (CAPA) in each civil subjects and in crafting regulation regarding California pawn and secondhand dealer regulation. He litigated and prevailed on behalf of former Los Angeles Police Department officials within the seminal education compensation case entitled, I re Acknowledgment Cases, (2015) 239 Cal.App.4th 1498.
When not running with group of workers or customers, I enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd Dogs, Ranger and Savannah and volunteering my time with nearby German Shepherd rescues.
