John E. Borba graduated from Hastings College of the Law, University of California in 1993 and was admitted into the California Bar in December 1993. John graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in International Relations in 1985. College for John commenced at Santa Rosa Junior College where he met his wife while incomes his A.A. Degree in 1982.
