Ms. Fine has practiced law for 35 years, the remaining 28 in Virginia. Her commercial enterprise regulation experience started out straight away after graduating from Boston College Law School in 1982 whilst she worked at a 50-attorney Boston regulation workplace. In 1989 she joined the Costello Dickenson corporation in Winchester, Virginia, and in 1990 opened her own firm.
Ms. Fine has giant practice drafting business contracts, together with purchase-sell agreements, employment agreements and non-competition agreements, and, balancing that enjoy, she reviews and litigates contracts drafted by using other attorneys.
Her Wills, Trusts and Estates exercise involves making plans, drafting estate documents and probate litigation.
Her equine exercise is an extension of an entire life of horse activities along with displaying hunters and fox hunting. Ms. Fine drafts and evaluations boarding contracts, income contracts and equine releases, and defends horse proprietors, blacksmiths and veterinarians in courtroom.
She listens cautiously to clients, answers questions, informs them of their alternatives, and implements a method based upon the patron s choice of the available alternatives.
