Jill O’Shea focuses on employment regulation and complicated litigation. Jill formerly served as Associate General Counsel with Duke Energy Corporation and its predecessor company, Cinergy Corporation. While there, she served because the Head of the Employment/HR/Labor Group from 2003 to 2006.
