Jesse A. Kirchner, founding partner, practices civil litigation with a focus on creation litigation and insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining Thurmond, Kirchner, Timbes & Yelverton, P.A., Kirchner practiced as an accomplice attorney with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., on the development defect litigation team. Kirchner, who holds a bachelor’s degree in political technology from the University of South Carolina, acquired his regulation degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, in which he graduated cum laude within the top five percent of his law school magnificence. There, he became inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe.
