Jerold W. Hilary is a graduate of University of Oregon and Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College. He is an energetic member within the Tigard, Oregon business community and is a past president of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce. His practice focuses on commercial enterprise law, estate making plans and probate and believe management. He volunteers with Legal Aid Services for Senior residents and is a volunteer choose with the Tigard Peer Court. In 2002 he obtained the Community Partnership’s Pro Bono Award for his volunteer paintings. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, U.S. District Court of Oregon, Washington County Bar Association, Multnomah Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers (NAELA), and a member of the Washington County Probate Bench/Bar Committee.
