I am an lawyer at law in proper standing who's licensed to practice inside the State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and inside the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I graduated with honors from Rutgers Law School in 2005. Since then, I have been an authorized legal professional for 14.5 years. I worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James J. Morley in New Jersey Superior Court (Burlington County) from 2005 via 2006. Since 2006, I even have handled almost solely employment and civil rights subjects. In my practice, I even have litigated at least 350 federal employment and/or civil rights matters, which includes within the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. I were lead counsel and co-recommend in many state and federal trials related to employment claims at some point of New Jersey and Pennsylvania (in country and federal courts). I am well versed in state and federal employment regulation and current employment regulation trends, and I assist with cases that are appointed to our Firm by using the Eastern District for overview of Civil Rights subjects and employment topics, as our Firm is referred subjects for assessment and litigation on behalf of seasoned se litigants. I additionally oversee training and mentoring of associate lawyers.
