Jeremiah Raxter, is the founder and major attorney of RAXTER LAW, P.A. Admitted to both the California State Bar and the United States District Court of the Central and Southern Districts, and a Certified Veterans Lawyer with the Veterans Administration. Prior to getting into regulation exercise, Jeremiah turned into a National Sales Specialist with a large electronics employer and a Law Enforcement Officer in Southern California. Currently, his exercise is targeted on Probate, Estate Planning, and Business Law. He represents organizations of all sizes the entirety from hair salons to governmental organizations. Jeremiah is one of the few attorneys that practices in all components of probate regulation from property planning to probate litigation.
Jeremiah is a Special Master with the State Bar of California, Law Professor in the subjects to Real Property, Ethics, and Wills/Trusts, and been an Expert Witness in Probate/Trust subjects.
As a reputable speaker, Jeremiah conducts numerous classes and seminars to groups and individuals. Jeremiah has provided lessons to SCORE and is a SCORE business law trainer, provided seminars on Estate Planning problems, and is a regular contributor to prison guides and neighborhood newspapers.
In addition to his work with the firm, Jeremiah is lively in his nearby network. He has resided within the Menifee Area for over 40 years and performs discounted or pro bono prison services to diverse non-profits which include animal rescues, Free to Thrive, Blankets for Briana, and different comparable sorts of agencies. He has served on the board of administrators for Menifee Chamber of Commerce, Menifee Valley clinic, and Canine Support Teams.
