Jennifer Kathryn Powell Mondesire has been licensed to exercise law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey seeing that 2003. Jennifer is a 2003 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. Jennifer clerked for now retired Judge Mark Bernstein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas 2003-2004. Following her Clerkship, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Defender on the Defender Association of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2004-2009.
In 2009, Jennifer went into personal practice in which she represented clients in all regions of law with emphasis on Criminal Defense.
Jennifer additionally has served as an Arbitrator for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
Jennifer joins Optimum Law Group as Senior Litigation Associate where she will awareness her practice on Criminal Defense, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Civil Rights and Business litigation. Jennifer is the daughter of the Late J. Whyatt Mondesire Jerry , the famed and outstanding President of the Philadelphia NAACP.
Jennifer is licensed in all courts in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
