Jeff’s practice consists of representing major global oil and gas agencies in a wide variety of excessive-stakes complaints, primarily regarding allegations that soil, sediment, groundwater, consuming water, and different sorts of environmental contamination have been because of oil and gas exploration and production activities. He has large experience drafting motions and briefs in federal and kingdom courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to becoming a member of the firm in 2016, Jeff served as a regulation clerk for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier, of the USA District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, where he assisted within the disposition of severa federal court docket cases. Through his federal clerkship, Jeff brings to his practice diverse litigation experience.
Jeff earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2012. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2015, where he turned into elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Tulane Law Review, a member of the Tulane Moot Court Board, and a Legal Research and Writing Senior Fellow. Jeff received the Charles Janvier II Award for his contributions to the Tulane Law Review, Dean Rufus C. Harris Civil Law Awards for his guides on civil law subjects, the James Cooke Johnson Scholarship, and the Dean s Medal.
