Jay obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. In 2009, he earned his Juris Doctorate diploma from Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time at Seton Hall University Jay served as regulation clerk to the Honorable Richard W. English, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage.
Within the dental enterprise, Jay makes a speciality of drafting associate agreements, commercial rentals, and creation agreements. As our senior litigator, Jay handles employment and partnership disputes, and arbitration and mediation subjects. He has represented customers in loads of venues inclusive of local municipal courts, administrative hearings, superior courts, and the appellate department.
