I even have represented all the types of parties that may be involved in financial ruin--creditors, borrowers, circle of relatives farmers in chapter 12, and lenders committee in bankruptcy eleven. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-ninety three) and feature served as a bankruptcy 7 trustee from 2004 thru the existing. All the financial disaster judges in Missouri, in each the Western and Eastern Districts, understand my paintings and realize me in my opinion. My 30+ years of enjoy will serve any client nicely in financial disaster matters.
