He served as police criminal marketing consultant for 13 years presenting criminal advice to the forty one regulation enforcement agencies that function within Camden County. Additionally, Mr. Conley became certified as an instructor with the aid of the New Jersey Police Training Commission and acted as an trainer on the Camden County Police Academy on numerous occasions all through the path of his profession.
