Mr. Antoun concentrates his practice within the areas of fitness care, enterprise and governmental transactions. He is the former chair of the Business Transactions Group and the Health Law Group.
In the area of health care, Mr. Antoun advises hospitals, clinics, physician organization practices and individual physicians and dentists on subjects inclusive of physician and sanatorium agreements, employment contracts, compensation and incentive preparations, and organization exercise formation and governance.
