Duncan, Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals till his retirement on September 1, 1990. On September 1, 1990, I joined the District Lawyer General s Office for the Fifth Judicial District (Blount County, Tennessee) till I went into personal practice on September 1, 1996. Six years later, on September 1, 1996, founded the Law Office of James H. Snyder, Jr., and on the identical time changed into venerated to be appointed the primary Juvenile Court Referee (now known as Magistrate) for Blount County, Tennessee (the placement changed into a element-time role).
