About
Michael Boomershine grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended Drake University for his undergraduate research, majoring in Political Science and English whilst minoring in Philosophy. After developing an interest in law during his time at Drake University, Michael determined to pursue a felony schooling at Drake University Law School.
During law college, Michael changed into a member of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law, where he served as a Note Editor. He was posted inside the Spring of 2017 for his writing on the topic of family farming operations and Iowa regulation. Michael also participated inside the Drake University Legal Clinic; he assisted clients inside the formation of restricted liability groups and non-profit businesses.
Michael joined Caldwell, Brierly & Chalupa, PLLC in the Spring of 2019. He will tackle a popular practice of regulation even as focusing his representation on customers inside the areas of personal injury, employees’ repayment, civil litigation, and business formation.
