About

Brent clerked for the late Justice Reneau Almon on the Alabama Supreme Court before joining his Dad and brother at Burney and Burney. Over the remaining 24 years, Brent has focused his exercise on supporting individuals and households that have suffered extreme private damage and wrongful death as the result of a person else’s negligent and/or careless acts.
He has a proven music record of taking on tough instances towards large agencies and coverage businesses and triumphing huge financial settlements for his customers.
Brent has also evolved a large nursing domestic abuse and neglect exercise. He has efficiently handled injury and dying instances in the State and Federal Courts across the country of Alabama and he's a member of the American Association of Justice’s Nursing Home Litigation Group.
Brent is living along with his spouse in Decatur and they have two children. They are contributors of Central United Methodist Church.
