About
Holly Chapman moved to Augusta from Sandy Springs, Georgia in 2009 whilst she commenced her profession as a criminal protection lawyer. Prior to that, she studied chemical engineering on the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained her bachelor’s degree. She went on to earn her law degree from Georgia State University, where she turned into provided honors for litigation.
Although she initially labored for a small civil corporation, she knew that she desired to pursue other opportunities. Her passion for justice and protecting the rights of people made criminal regulation a herbal preference. Over the past nine years, she has participated in approximately fifty trials, twenty- of which she served as lead recommend. The nature of the costs in these trials ranged from misdemeanor shoplifting and obstruction of a regulation enforcement officer to annoyed attack, armed robbery, baby molestation, and homicide. Holly has represented masses of human beings in Magistrate Court, State Court, Superior Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
As a member of the Augusta community, she has loved participating in neighborhood companies, along with the Augusta Bar Association, Young Lawyers of Augusta, Augusta Youth Development Campus Mock Trial and Great Debaters packages, Friends of the Augusta Library, and Leadership Augusta (Class of 2016). Holly is living in Augusta along with her husband, Mike, and their daughters.
