Ms. Fraser represents EB-five households, physicians, engineers, teachers, and other surprisingly trained specialists, as well as hospitals, colleges, IT businesses, and spiritual groups in pursuit of work authorizations and other immigration benefits. Ms. Fraser has presented at countrywide meetings on immigration office staffing and U.S. immigration employer exercise. Prior to law faculty, Ms. Fraser lived in China and New York City, where she labored as a teacher and writer.
