About
I attended West Virginia State College in 1997 on a baseball scholarship. Later, I transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) wherein I received a B.A. in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Prior to attending law faculty, I persevered my education in History and Political Science at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In 2007, I received my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. I was lucky to attend Gonzaga University School of Law in Florence, Italy, wherein my recognition became International Human Rights and Civil Rights. My entire prison profession has been targeted on worker rights litigation wherein I exclusively represent employees in legal claims against their employers. I have represented individual plaintiffs and classes of personnel (class action and collective motion). My illustration of personnel includes claims of discrimination (which includes violations of navy rights), harassment, retaliation consisting of whistleblowers and workers’ compensation, salary and hour (extra time, minimal salary, unpaid wages), FMLA, agreement disputes, severances, and employer negligence. › ›
