Focusing specifically on Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts) and Medicaid eligibility asset safety; Special Needs Trusts for the disabled; Medicaid nursing domestic advantages eligibility making plans; probate & consider administration, and nursing domestic abuse and overlook. Mr. Glenn is a Certified Elder Law Lawyer by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is AV Rated by his peers with Martindale Hubbell.
Prior to law college Mr. Glenn became a personnel accountant and enterprise representative with Cooper & Lybrand, CPA s. He also has a Bachelors in Business Administration.
He is a modern-day member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Lawyers and previously served on its Board of Directors. He is likewise a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers and Florida Bar Elder Law Section.
