Trained and having practiced over forty years as a transportation lawyer, Greg has been concerned in many of our industries’ maximum innovative institutions and sports, including: Co-founder of the California Trucking Association Intermodal Ateering Committee (now, Conference); Co-founding father of the American Trucking Association’s Intermodal Conference and Chairman 1990-1991; has club, American Trucking Associations Policy & Finance Committee 1989-1992; Founding Motor Carrier board member, Intermodal Association of North America (1991-1997); At-Large member (2006-2010) , Vice Chairman 2008 and Chairman 2009; Primary author of the Uniform Intermodal Interchange Agreement and IIEC motor carrier member (1991 - 2011 ); Contributing writer of the consensus legislation enacting the Intermodal Safe Container Act and panel member testifying on behalf of motor carriers before Congress; Primary negotiator of revisions to ISCA imposing commodity description policies; Founding board member, Center for International Trade and Transportation, and lecturer within the Global Logistics Program, California State University at Long Beach; Greg and his wife Judi, the founder of Rail Delivery Services were honored because the Intermodal Association of North America’s 2005 Silver Kingpin recipients.
