Gary B. Callahan were retired for multiple months after forty years of labor in all varieties of personal injury instances, inclusive of clinical malpractice, while a call from his lengthy-time pal Clayeo Arnold brought him lower back to his life’s paintings helping plaintiffs. Mr. Callahan was admitted to the California Bar in 1971 after attending Sacramento State College and acquiring his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has been a member of the Sacramento County Bar Council, American Bar Association, State Bar of California, Consumer Lawyers of California, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Consumer Lawyers of Sacramento. He become a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Lawyers of Sacramento from 1981 to 1986 and served as president in 1985. In 1999, the Consumer Lawyers of Sacramento named him Advocate of the Year. In 2005, the Sacramento Chapter of the American Board of Trial Lawyers named him Trial Lawyer of the year. For 30 years (1984-2014), he has been rated AV Pre-eminent, the very best possible score from Martindale-Hubble.
