I became an authorized attorney in May 2004 after graduating from Washburn University School of Law in May 2003 and Washburn University (B.A.) in May 2000.
I am lively within the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Kansas Bar Association, serving on numerous committees. I chair the Solo and Small Firm committee of the ABA’s Law Practice Division and function the CLE Chair for the Family Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association.
The areas of awareness on which I awareness are:
Family-based totally immigration benefits;
Complex circle of relatives regulation issues (divorce/felony separation or paternity); and
Limited probate code troubles (Guardianships, Power of Lawyer files.)
