I become born in Latin America and grew up in San Francisco. A manufactured from the Bay Area, I studied economics at UC Berkeley earlier than shifting to Washington, DC, wherein I labored at each the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Reserve. In 2003, I embarked on my criminal studies at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY. Upon graduation, I labored as a company companion in Manhattan at a boutique worldwide law workplace. There I had the opportunity to work on a wide array of corporate transactions, from financing the construction of a hotel in NYC, structuring investments in different nations, to advising worldwide businesses on doing enterprise within the US. For the past six years, I ve been lucky to have labored on a big range of interesting and novel disputes and complaints. I ve represented both plaintiffs and defendants - from everyday people who have observed themselves in very difficult conditions to businesses seeking to flow on with enterprise. I ve successfully litigated wrongful demise cases, settlement disputes, age and intercourse discrimination cases, excessive-tech founder disputes, and constitutional rights violations.
