Mr. Smith s practice focuses on business and real property litigation, enterprise disputes and municipal litigation. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and practices inside the five-county Philadelphia metropolitan vicinity.
Through his business litigation exercise, he represents clients in settlement and assurance disputes, in addition to production conflicts, mechanics’ liens, contractor and subcontractor fee act claims, and unfair alternate practice claims. As part of his actual property and name litigation practice, Mr. Smith handles matters regarding destructive ownership, easements and boundary disputes. His practice additionally makes a speciality of home rule law and municipal litigation.
