Ms. Singer has practiced law in Nassau County and Suffolk County for 25 years. In addition to litigating instances inside the Supreme and Family Courts, her practice includes Collaborative Law and Divorce Mediation ( non-antagonistic approaches to divorce in which the parties and professionals work cooperatively together, in a personal placing, to create at the same time advantageous answers). The events preserve the decision-making instead of deferring choices to a Judge or third celebration. The collaborative and mediation tactics keep privacy, inspire the self-determination of the events, reduce battle and damage to the parties and their children, and resolve the problems and issues in extra respectful way.
