Elizabeth S. Tuck (formerly Loring) is the founder of The Tuck Firm, LLC ( formerly the Loring Law Office). Lisa has over sixteen years experience advising groups and individuals on all components of employment law inside the public and private region. Lisa has litigated over eighty employment topics in kingdom and federal courtroom and has correctly resolved over 220 employment–related disputes outside of litigation.
The organization’s project is to provide centered criminal guidance to clear up employment disputes and challenges with minimized risk and maximized consequences. The corporations specializes in all elements of employment law within the non-public and public sectors, which include age, sex, disability, and race discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower safety, salary and time beyond regulation law, FMLA and other medical leave, employment and government contracts, non-compete and severance agreements, employment-at-will, employee advantages appeals, First Amendment retaliation, and people repayment retaliation.
Lisa is a Fellow of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers and become identified via Super Lawyers Magazine as a Super Lawyer in 2014-2020 and in 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2013 as a Rising Star. Lisa has written and spoken on a number of prison troubles including whistleblower safety, non-compete and severance agreements, employment-at-will, place of job harassment/bullying, opportunity dispute resolution, and Ohio salary regulation. A practicing member of the Ohio, Cincinnati, and federal bars, Lisa is energetic in some of charitable companies.
