I m a associate with Kyle Wynn & Associates, PLLC, and I ve worked solely in the elder regulation field considering the beginning of my career. I pleasure myself with the ability to provide my clients with the personalized attention, care, accuracy and determination expected of an Elder Law Lawyer. I graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Business Management. I attended Mississippi College in 2008 and obtained a Master of Business Administration diploma. In 2011, I acquired my Doctor of Jurisprudence diploma from Mississippi College School of Law, and obtained the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing. I even have a ardour for ensuring that all Mississippians have a threat to obtain legal illustration. I ve worked with the Federal Public Defender of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, Mission First Legal Aid Office, Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, and have served as a Guardian advert Litem to symbolize the excellent pursuits of children in Mississippi. I m a member of The Mississippi Bar, and its Estates and Trusts Section. I served on the 2016 Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum due to my confirmed commitment to my community and the felony profession. I m admitted to exercise in all courts in the State of Mississippi, america District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Mississippi Supreme Court. I m an Accredited Lawyer with the VA Department. I ve written numerous articles on diverse factors of estate making plans, inclusive of a monthly column in Mississippi Christian Living, which is distributed statewide in Mississippi. I also often present seminars on estate planning, Nursing Home Medicaid Benefits and different elder law subjects to civic companies, churches, expert companies, assisted dwelling and nursing home facilities, and the general public. › ›
