I became born and raised in Shawnee, OK and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1974. I then attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a B.A. in Letters in 1978. I then attended Oklahoma City University graduating in 1981 with my Juris Doctor.
I am married to Susan Kay Gierhart and have 6 youngsters.
I am a wellknown sole practitioner. I had been residing in Choctaw, OK on the grounds that 2005 and serving Oklahoma, Cleveland, Pottawatomie and Lincoln Counties regularly. However, I practice at some stage in the nation of Oklahoma anyplace my customers wishes require.
