Don Harvey changed into born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended excessive school in Winter Park at Trinity Preparatory School. After graduating, he earned his Bachelor of Arts diploma in Economics with a double minor in Russian and Political Science from Louisiana State University in 1991. Upon graduating, he become named a Regents Scholar through the Louisiana Board of Regents for his educational and non-educational achievements while at LSU, along with taking walks on to the LSU football crew. While at LSU, he become additionally a member of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
He then attended regulation school on the Unviversity of Oklahoma College of Law in which he earned his Juris Doctor with Honors in 1994. While there he was a member of the American Indian Law Review and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Upon graduating in the top ten percentage of his elegance, he was granted club into The Order of Coif, an honor society acknowledging academic performance.
He then again to the Orlando region and commenced running with a small Plaintiff s law office in Winter Park in 1994. While there he used his organizational talents and capabilities to develope their civil litigation branch and practiced personal damage law, workers reimbursement regulation, and hard work regulation.
He opened his own firm in 1999. He presently handles all forms of non-public damage cases which includes wrongful dying claims, vehicle accidents, auto injuries, truck injuries, bike accidents, employees reimbursement instances, slip and fall injuries, canine bites, in addition to wills and property making plans, probate, land lord evictions, international readoption, and motorsport contracts as well as business contracts.
He is a member of Florida Bar, New York Bar, Colorado Bar, and admitted to exercise within the United States Middle District of Florida. He has attained an AV® Preeminent™ Rating by using Martindale-Hubbell. He is likewise certified through the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator.
