Ms. Meyer practices within the areas of employment regulation, commercial enterprise litigation, health law and occupational licensure. She received her Bachelor of Science diploma in Nursing with maximum honors from Valdosta State University and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Campbell University wherein she received the Women in Law Award. She become also a member of the school’s National Trial Team. Ms. Meyer completed Trial Court Mediation Training in 1999 and is a Certified Mediator. Ms. Meyer participates as a faculty member for Campbell University School of Law Professionalism Course in cooperation with the North Carolina Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism. She is a guest lecturer on legal troubles in nursing every semester on the Watts School of Nursing in Durham, North Carolina. She has also been a speaker at persevering with training seminars for numerous groups, which include the University of North Carolina School of Nursing and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Meyer practiced nursing for 19 years prior to coming into the criminal profession. In 1985, she was inducted as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She turned into indexed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
