Mr. Rich earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Columbia University School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in English from the University of Pennsylvania, wherein he become a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Rich is admitted to exercise in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, and within the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
