I am a solo practitioner who continues an office in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania after having practiced with both massive and medium size regulation places of work. I exercise in both Pennsylvania and Florida inside the regions of financial ruin, tax, property, and property law and engage in litigation regarding those practice regions. I acquired my undergraduate degree in History from the Pennsylvania State University and a regulation degree with honors from the University of Miami where I turned into the recipient of American Jurisprudence awards in Trusts and Estates and Administrative Law. I also acquired a Master of Laws diploma in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, am a member of the Bars of the States of Pennsylvania and Florida, and am admitted to practice earlier than america Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, america District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the US Tax Court.
