David enjoys developing relationships with clients and assisting them obtain their dreams. David s civil exercise is targeted on 3 number one areas of regulation: (1) property and elder law, together with wills, trusts, long lasting powers of lawyer, and probate; (2) real estate, such as the acquisition and sale of property, the advent of easements and covenants, and a few actual estate litigation; and (3) commercial enterprise regulation, which includes incorporation or LLC formation, agreement drafting, and enterprise purchases and income. In addition to his legal practice, David serves at the the Port Townsend City Council and is a board member of the Boiler Room and the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, nonprofit companies serving Port Townsend and Jefferson County. David and his spouse Laura grew up in Port Townsend and again right here in February 2014. David attended the Evergreen State College, after which David received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law. › ›
