David C. Tingstad joined the Firm in 1995, and has tremendous revel in within the regions of commercial enterprise and actual property transactions, restricted liability companies (LLCs), businesses and real property. David often counsels clients in all components of enterprise combinations consisting of asset acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. In addition, his practice includes helping operating organizations with succession making plans, financing, dissolution and disputes among owners. David is a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Partnership Law Committee, that's currently running to revise Washington’s Limited Liability Company Statute. David is also a has club of the American Bar Association’s Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities. As a speaker to agencies of lawyers, expert corporations and community institutions, David has demonstrated the capacity to talk efficiently over a vast range of criminal concepts. David lives in Edmonds and is dedicated to supporting his community. In particular, David serves as a Sunday School Teacher and youth football and basketball instruct.
