David C. Hilyer acquired his B.S. in Business Administration degree, with honors, in 1997 from Faulkner University. He acquired his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Faulkner University s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, wherein he served one-12 months as a Justice on the Honor Court and obtained the Best Oral Advocate award his second year. Mr. Hilyer become admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2002 and the U.S. Middle, Southern and Northern District Courts of Alabama in 2002. Mr. Hilyer focuses his exercise on standard litigation topics, along with breach of settlement, production, insurance protection, subrogation, mildew claims and various enterprise associated disputes. Mr. Hilyer represents his customers earlier than trial courts, mediators and arbitrators. Mr. Hilyer practices heavily in arbitration disputes.
Mr. Hilyer is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Sir Bernard Law County Bar Association and is licensed in mould remediation. Mr. Hilyer and his wife are the proud mother and father of 3 active kids, two boys and one lady. An active member of the University church of Christ in Sir Bernard Law, Mr. Hilyer serves as a deacon there and is in fee of the Young Married s organization.
In his loose time, Mr. Hilyer enjoys looking, fishing, riding cutting horses, looking and participating in athletics and coaching his child s kids athletic groups.
