Lawyer David J. Bischmann is a life-long Wisconsin resident, earned an undergraduate degree, with difference, in political technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his regulation diploma from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. From 1993 to 1995, he served as regulation clerk to Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Harry S. Snyder, and in 1995, he went on to function regulation clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley throughout her first term on the Court. David brought his tremendous expertise in felony studies, writing and appellate exercise to his present day role with Hausmann-McNally, S.C. in the fall of 1996, wherein he is a shareholder and serves as the company’s highbrow nerve center, offering written scholarship, litigation aid, mind and guidance to the organization’s lawyers, with places of work in Wisconsin and for the duration of the Midwest. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association for Justice.
